2 cups half and half
5 egg yolks
1/3 cups sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325F
Heat half and half over medium heat until bubbly, do not boil .
Combine other ingredients and beat together. Whisk in creme and transfer to ungreased ramekins. Place ramekins in baking dish and fill baking dish with hot water it covers half the side of ramekins.
Bake for 25 minutes. Let cool 30 minutes. Afterwards cover and refrigerate for 1 hour, upto 8 hours.
When ready to serve, sprinkle with sugar, melt sugar with butane torch, add fresh fruit.
